We deliver across Moscow and the Moscow region daily from 7:00 to 00:00, on the same day if your order is confirmed before 21:00. You can also collect your bouquet from our flower workshop on Stolyarny Lane.

When we deliver

We deliver daily from 7:00 to 00:00. Time slots: 07:00–09:00, 09:00–12:00, 12:00–15:00, 15:00–18:00, 18:00–21:00, 21:00–00:00.

  • Same-day delivery — if the order is placed and confirmed before 21:00.
  • A ready-made bouquet will be delivered within 60–120 minutes of placing the order.
  • Beyond the Moscow region — the cost and timing will be agreed with the manager.

Delivery surcharges

Early (07:00–09:00) and late (21:00–00:00) slots, delivery at an exact time, a shortened time slot and oversized orders are charged at an increased rate:

  • Moscow within the MKAD — +250 ₽ (1,000 ₽ in total);
  • Near Moscow region — +500 ₽ (1,800 ₽ in total);
  • Moscow region — +850 ₽ (2,600 ₽ in total).
  • Delivery to the Moscow City territory — +600 ₽ for parking.
  • Flower baskets — delivery 2,500 ₽ to any zone.

Collection

Lacy Bird flower workshop: Stolyarny Lane, 3, building 5, Rassvet business quarter. For your satellite navigation, use Stolyarny Lane, 2. You can stop briefly by the Lao Lee restaurant. We are open until 21:00, and collection is free of charge.

Payment

  • By Visa, Mastercard or MIR bank card — via a payment link: the manager will send it after confirming the order.
  • In cash — upon collection.
  • For companies — by invoice to our bank account; we work with electronic document exchange.

Photo and substitutions

  • Once we have made your bouquet, we will send you a photo of it.
  • If some of the flowers in the composition are currently out of season or out of stock, we will make a similar bouquet — we will agree any substitutions after the order is placed.
  • Pre-order items are made and delivered by arrangement with the manager, at least 24 hours in advance.

Packaging

We will pack the bouquet in our signature box that protects it from changes in the weather — heat, frost, wind or rain. It comes with a care guide and a flower food to prolong the life of the flowers. If you prefer, we can make it without packaging.
