Personal data processing policy

This policy describes how Lacy Bird LLC (the “Company”) processes the personal data of visitors to the Lacy Bird website in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006.

1. What data we collect

Your name, company name, phone number and/or e-mail — only the details you choose to leave in the website forms (a quote request or a catalogue request).

2. Why we process it

To respond to your request: to prepare a quote, send you the catalogue and agree the terms of cooperation. Your data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

3. How long we keep it

Until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent by writing to edita.avagyan@lacybird.ru.

4. How we protect it

We apply organisational and technical safeguards: restricted access, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and storage on servers located in the Russian Federation.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request information about how your data is processed and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Please send requests to edita.avagyan@lacybird.ru — we will reply within 10 working days.
