Floral decor is not simply "placing bouquets", it is about creating the atmosphere of a space to suit a brief. Over fourteen years, we at Lacy Bird have decorated hundreds of events and offices, working with major brands and agencies. Below you will find the formats we offer and how it all works.
In brief
We take care of everything: concept → estimate → sourcing → installation → (for events) removal. Formats range from table arrangements and photo zones to arches and large installations. We decorate events, offices, shop windows and private celebrations. Please order large projects 3–5 weeks in advance.
Decor formats
- Events. Weddings, galas, award ceremonies, conferences: photo zones, press walls, arches, and decor for stages and tables.
- Offices and spaces. Lobbies, receptions, meeting rooms: one-off or regular; seasonal decor for the holidays.
- Shop windows and entrances. Seasonal and signature installations for boutiques and brands.
- Private celebrations. Birthdays, anniversaries, family occasions, interior decor for the New Year.

How we work
- Brief. Venue, occasion, palette, budget, timing.
- Concept and estimate. We propose a solution and fix the cost.
- Delivery. Sourcing, assembly, on-site installation and, if needed, removal.

What does floral decor include?
We take care of the whole project: a concept and a palette chosen to suit the venue and the occasion, an estimate, sourcing of flowers, on-site installation and, for events, removal. Formats range from table arrangements and photo zone decor to large arches and installations.
How much does floral decor cost?
The cost depends on the scale, the venue, the season and the complexity of the structures. Table arrangements and small zones start from several tens of thousands of roubles; photo zones, arches and hall decor are priced per project. We prepare an estimate after the brief.
Do you decorate offices and shop windows?
Yes. We create seasonal and permanent decor for offices, lobbies, receptions, shop windows and entrances, either one-off or on a regular basis. For regular service, a business subscription is a good choice.
How far in advance should decor be ordered?
Small projects 1–2 weeks ahead; large events and seasonal projects (New Year, 8 March) 3–5 weeks ahead, so there is time to agree the concept and produce the structures. In peak season, earlier.
Can you decorate a home or a private celebration?
Yes, we also decorate private events: birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, as well as interiors for the New Year. We choose the format to suit the space and the budget.
Do you work with brands and agencies?
Yes. We have experience with major companies and brands (100+ corporate partners). We work with agencies, event teams and directly with brands, from one-off shoots to a series of events.
